New and expectant mothers can learn valuable breastfeeding and post-partum care information during a free, two-part workshop on Monday, February 20, and Monday, February 27. Hosted by the Mountain CAP Family Support Center in collaboration with Lewis-Upshur Parents as Teachers and the HAPI Project, the sessions will run from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at 30 East Main Street, Buckhannon.
Organizers say participants who attend and complete both workshop sessions will receive infant and nursing supplies. Space is limited to the first 10 registrants, and pre-registration is required. In addition, participants will need to provide household demographic information as part of the sign-up process.
