Alderson Broaddus (AB) University is pleased to host its inaugural First-Generation Student Day on Friday, December 6. This celebration is part of a nationwide campaign to honor students who are the first in their families to attend college and celebrate the achievements of our first-generation students.
In addition to celebrating first-generation students, this event is intended to bring campus and community awareness to the prevalence of first-generation students currently enrolled in higher education and the exceptional contributions these students are making to society.
